Sports massage is ideal for those with sporting injuries or muscle tension. Massage stimulates the bodies own healing process which stimulates circulation, oxygen transportation and the release of feel good hormones. Massage can also improve posture and the bodies movement abilities.

I provide relaxing holistic massage treatments. 

This type of massage is highly effective at reducing the stress within the body and increasing personal wellbeing.

Personal Training

I focus on client based training on a 1:1 basis and small group training. I have a small private studio in Stevenage Old Town that specialises in body weight and functional training. I take on complete beginners and try to make fitness as fun as possible!

1 to 1 Personal Training

Training can be daunting on your own. Training with a personal trainer does not just educate you on what to do but also makes your fitness a lot more enjoyable. I aim to help people get the best out of themselves whether thats weight loss or a confidence boost.

I specialise in training beginners, females and older individuals.

Group Personal Training

I offer group training sessions for up to 3 people which reduces the cost for each individual! Train with a friend and have double the fun!

Functional Body Weight Training

We often take for granted our health and abilities. Full body workouts focusing on core and body weight strengthening enhance functioning in every day life. This is what we will base many of our workouts on.

Health Checks & Diet Plans

When becoming my client we will start by taking a mini health check which we can refer back to to see progress. This will include: Body fat %, muscle mass, weight, height, blood pressure, BMR and body measurements. 

I also tailor make diet plans to suit your goals and fit into your lifestyle.

Stretching and Combined Packages

My studio has a range of stretch kit such a foam rollers, resistance bands and poles. Lengthening muscles and reducing lactic acid is important to remember when working towards fitness goals. Personal Training sessions will end with a full body stretch. Stretching sessions can also be combined with Massage Therapies so all angles of body health are managed.
